On behalf SITO Foundation in Biłgoraj We are pleased to invite you for a celebration birthday of Stefan Knapp, outstanding world-class artist to be held July 12, 2026 In Sitarska Restaurant in Biłgoraj.

This year's birthday will be a special event – they will become inauguration of the Year Stefan Knapp in Biłgoraj, dedicated to the Master's memory and work and promotion of his artistic heritage.

Event programme

13:00 – Open meeting with participants at the Sitarska Restaurant.

16:00 – Opening of the Year of Stefan Knapp and official start of birthday celebrations.
In the program:

• discussion panel on the life and work of Stefan Knapp,
• reading excerpts from the book dedicated to Artist,
• presentation of archival photographs and materials,
• exhibition of three works by Stefan Knapp,
• presentation of works inspired by Knapp's works by Bilgoraj residents.

18:00 – Solemn birthday cake and unveiling a commemorative plaque.
